Flashing repairs and Installation:
Flashing problems are the number one source of roof leaks. Our repair crews can repair as well as
replace failing flashings compatible with your roof system.
Drain and Curb Installation:
Ponding water can increase the rate of roof deterioration and ultimately cause leaks. To alleviate
these problems and other drainage conditions, we can install new drains and replace existing drains
to eliminate ponding water.
Roof Cleaning and Maintenance:
Most manufacturers recommend that roof systems receive regular inspections and maintenance. Usually
these services are performed in the spring and fall, and after inclement weather.
